To ensure your inventory levels remain uninterrupted, we have compiled the full closure calendar, last-order cutoffs, and anticipated customs delay periods into a downloadable reference document.

Please download and store the PDF guide directly inside your designated Omakase documentation folder or print a copy for your receiving department to keep delivery estimates clear.

Step 02 • Pre-Order

Advance Your Cutoff Dates

We recommend submitting purchase orders at least 10 business days prior to the closure dates to avoid regional shipping backlogs and ensure timely cargo dispatch. For orders more than 3 cartons of one SKU, pre-check with our Sales for the leadtime or refeer to the Estimate leadtime on each item page.
