Labeling Cost Structure:

• ¥25 for each label

• Additional ¥500 for every generated label per order
  

Example Calculation:

• For instance, if you have a product like the 4901433081474 Heroine make SP Mascara Remover with 108 units, the calculation would be:

• Label Cost: ¥25 X 108 = ¥2,700

• Additional Label Charge: ¥500

• Total Labeling Cost: ¥2,700 + ¥500 = ¥3,200
  

One-Time ¥500 Charge:

• The ¥500 fee is applicable once per order, irrespective of the number of labels generated. For subsequent orders, only the label cost of ¥25 will apply.
  

Complimentary Outer Carton Label for FBA:

• The labeling of outer cartons for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is provided free of charge.
  

Important Information:

• Content for labeling is to be provided by your side.*1

• No Relabeling services for pharmaceutical product (Class 2 / Class 3)

• We do not comment on the eligibility of our invoice for Amazon. It is crucial to ensure compliance with Amazon's guidelines at your side.

• Products are originally intended for the Japanese market. Please note that the products are not specifically tailored for overseas markets, and the packaging does not include English ingredient information.
  

If you wish to use this service, please indicate so in the memo field when checking out. We will also include a charge for this on the proforma invoice.

As an exporter, we provide labeling support (such as barcode application and FBA preparation) based on the label data provided by our customers. However, we do not take responsibility for the legal validity of any regulatory declarations or compliance claims (e.g. "CPNP Registered", "FDA Compliant", "UK Responsible Person", etc.) included on those labels.

In many countries, especially for cosmetics and health-related products, there are strict regulations about who can claim such compliance.

For examples:

• 🇪🇺 EU: The label must match a CPNP-registered product, with an authorized Responsible Person.

• 🇬🇧 UK: Requires SCPN notification and a UK-based Responsible Person listed on the packaging.

• 🇮🇳 India: CDSCO registration and BIS rules apply, including specific label formats and warnings.

• 🇦🇪 UAE: Products must be registered with Dubai Municipality or ESMA, and labeling must follow bilingual Arabic/English standards.

• 🇺🇸 USA: FDA-compliant labels must follow the FD&C Act, including correct net quantity, ingredients, and responsible party information.

Many customers work closely with their importers, marketplaces, or advisors to align the label format with local requirements. If you're unsure about regional rules, we recommend confirming details with the above partners before finalizing the label data.
